Terms of Service.

1. Who we are and these terms

DateFrame (the "app" and this website, together the "service") is operated by Andrei Tigaieriu, an individual trading as Offensa, based in Iași, Romania ("Offensa", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to use the service. You confirm this in the app. Don't use the service if you are under 18.

3. What the service is

DateFrame reviews the photos, bio and prompts of your own dating profile using AI and gives suggestions: photo feedback and order, retake ideas, bio and prompt rewrites, an action plan and a re-check. It doesn't connect to your dating accounts and doesn't post or change anything on them. You make any change yourself.

Not affiliated. DateFrame is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tinder, Hinge, Bumble or their owners. Those names and all related trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to say which apps your screenshots come from.

4. No guarantee of results

We don't promise or imply that using the service will get you more matches, messages, dates or relationships, or any other outcome. Dating results depend on many things we don't control, including other people.

5. AI output may be wrong

Suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic or not right for you. Treat them as a second opinion, not professional advice. You are responsible for deciding what, if anything, to use, and for what you publish on any dating app. The service doesn't rate attractiveness and doesn't generate or alter photos.

6. Your content

• You own it. You keep all rights in the photos, text and screenshots you upload ("your content"). We don't claim ownership.
• Licence to us. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process (including with our AI provider, Anthropic) and display your content only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. It ends when your content is deleted. We don't use your content to train AI models or for advertising.
• Your promises. You confirm that you are the person in the photos (or that photos of others are included only with their permission), that you have the rights to upload everything you submit, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.
• Deletion. You can delete your data at any time in Preferences. We delete stored photos and reports within 30 days in any case.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload someone else's profile or photos without their consent, or use the service to review, identify, track or harass another person;
• upload content showing anyone under 18, or use the service if you are under 18;
• upload sexually explicit, violent, illegal or hateful content;
• harass, deceive or harm others, or use the service to impersonate someone;
• scrape, probe or overload the service, bypass limits or security, or use automated means to access it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app or its API, except where the law says you may;
• exceed the usage limits we set (we apply daily fair-use limits per device) or resell the service.

We may refuse or remove content and suspend access if you break these rules.

8. Purchases and refunds

• Price. Your first edit is free. The full report is $19.99, a one-time payment per profile report, including one re-check within 14 days of unlocking. It is not a subscription and doesn't renew. Taxes may apply, and prices may differ by country or change for new purchases.
• Payment through Apple. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Apple processes payment and we never see your card details. Purchases aren't available until the app launches.
• Refunds. Request refunds from Apple under its refund process. We will support Apple's decision. This doesn't limit your legal rights.
• EU and UK withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, the right is lost once delivery starts if you expressly ask us to start and acknowledge that you lose it. When you tap to buy the full report in the app, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge this, and the report is available at once.
• Faulty service. If the report doesn't work or isn't delivered, tell us at dateframe@offensa.com and we will fix it or arrange a refund through Apple. Your statutory rights for digital content aren't affected.

9. Our rights

The app, website, design, text and software are owned by Offensa or its licensors and protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Suggestions generated for you are yours to use freely for your own profile.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and update limits, with notice where reasonable. If we discontinue a paid feature you bought, we will tell you, and refund where the law requires.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data in Preferences. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or to protect the service or others. Sections that by nature should survive (including content, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or results. Nothing here limits warranties or rights you have by law that can't be excluded, including EU and UK consumer rights to digital content that is of satisfactory quality and as described.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, or for outcomes of your dating or social life. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).

What isn't limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that can't be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer protection rules in the EU, UK and elsewhere.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. This doesn't affect the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you may also contact your local consumer authority (in Romania, ANPC) or use any out-of-court dispute resolution available to you. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve a problem informally first, by email.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when features or the law change. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or on this page before they apply. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you accept them. If you don't, stop using it.
